With this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in airborne systems to provide high-level consulting services to clients within the aerospace, aviation, and avionics industries.

This role involves guiding clients through the design, development, and certification for safety-critical airborne systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as SAE ARP 4754A, SAE ARP4761.

You will lead consulting projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and help shape strategies for System development, integration, and certification in the aviation domain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Specific Skills

At least 10 years experience on airborne system developing or testing, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering team leadership role.
Expertise in model based system development.
Proficient in modeling tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, SCADE, etc.
Successful working experience with at least one DAL A system item development and certification.
Experience working with and advising on software tools for development, testing, and certification.
Ability to provide training/mentoring to junior engineers.
Experience in an engineering leadership role.

Responsible For

Internally support the supplementation and improvement of the model based airborne system development processes.
Provide expert guidance to clients on the design, development, and certification of airborne systems, ensuring compliance with aviation standards such as SAE ARP4754A.
Develop and deliver customized consulting services, including technical reviews, process improvements, and system design solutions, tailored to clients' specific needs.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing actionable solutions to meet both technical and regulatory goals.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate client teams on airborne system development processes and standards.
Guide clients through system engineering life cycle management, from initial concept, planning to requirements definition and integration, testing, and certification., etc.
Develop and implement tailored system engineering development methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance client project outcomes.
Proactively identify and introduce new tools, techniques, and best practices that can improve the system development and certification processes for clients.
Assisting customers to have the system engineering review.

Additional Requirements

Work location : Shanghai, China.
Will travel in China according to the client's needs.
