Certification Aviation Engineer - Senior (Beijing, China)

We are seeking for our client, a major player in aerospace with operations in China and internationally, an experienced Aviation Certification Specialist to support the team in understanding and implementing certification requirements for aviation products.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of certification processes for major aviation companies like Boeing, Airbus, and GE, with a focus on supply chain, quality, and sustainability management.

Specific Skills

Experience with ISO or AS9100 standards.
Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility frameworks in aviation.

Responsible For

Research and interpret product and organizational certification requirements for aviation OEMs.
Develop training programs to educate internal teams on certification standards and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to certification requirements in supply chain, quality, and green/low-carbon initiatives.
Explore digital certification tools and methodologies to streamline remote certification processes.

Additional Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in aviation certification, preferably with exposure to OEM requirements.
Proven experience in aviation certification processes and standards.
In-depth knowledge of product and organizational certification requirements in the aviation industry.
Familiarity with supply chain, quality, social responsibility, and green/low-carbon management in the context of aviation certification.
Familiarity with digital certification tools and remote evaluation methods.
Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree covers Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
