We are looking for our client, a major player in aerospace with operations in China and internationally, a Mechanical Reliability Engineer with expertise in digital testing and fault prediction for aerospace components.

The role focuses on advancing digital twin technologies and material data analysis to improve product reliability.

Specific Skills
  • Knowledge of accelerated testing and digital testing methodologies.
  • Experience with digital twin technology and fault prediction techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical software.Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) and data analysis software.
  • Knowledge of machine learning applications in predictive maintenance.
Responsible For
  • Conduct research on life indicator verification technologies for civil aircraft actuators, including accelerated and digital testing.
  • Develop methods for material data acquisition and analysis to support digital twin models.
  • Implement digital twin-based fault prediction systems to enhance product reliability.
  • Collaborate with international partners to adopt cutting-edge testing technologies.
Additional Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in reliability testing, digital twin technologies, or data-driven fault prediction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA).
